An aspiring profesional development worker experienced in managing and implementing various development project in Indonesia since 2010, especially in the the field of community development, youth empowerment and disaster risk reduction.
I have good understanding in improving vulnerable youth to be economically productive through starting enterprise and vocational skill, mobilizing community, as well as encouraging i.e. local community, private sector, and government.
Furthermore, I am interested in social research and women empowerment.
