As a lifelong service-oriented professional, I reflect back on the most exciting moments of my career, and realize those moments occurred when I was engaged in services innovation. It is terrific to be deeply involved with an organization dedicated to service innovation, because the world and its economy is in dire need of a pervasive services perspective.
