In addition, I have helped to develop management and leadership provision at a number of organisations through facilitating, designing and delivering workshops, seminars, focus groups and lectures. I am a qualified TMSDI Team Management Systems, EQi-2.0 & EQ360 assessor and ILM level 7 Corporate and Executive Coaching practitioner and increasingly draw upon this and previous experience to support the development needs of individuals, managers, future and existing leaders within an organisational context.
