In my view (might be a common anthropological pattern as well) there exist several layers of understanding/intellect/realization in a certain society. Amazingly , all those residing with in a band of such a layer consider that the band they belong to, is connected directly to the reality, many of us manage to drift our oscillation from band to band but a few of us , I repeat, a few of us are able to realize the change and accept the realities established in other bands. This "band theory" is applicable in every run of life ..be it social, cultural, theological and so on.
