I have over 30 years experience working with churches and with companies (both profit and nonprofit). I am a leader, speaker, author, and consultant with proven expertise in strategic leadership, leadership development, analysis, financial management, and organizational alignment to achieve synergy. I believe strongly in equipping transformational leaders to influence the 7 mountains of family, church, business, education, health care, government, and arts/media/entertainment to the glory of God.
