Dr. Ratnawati Mohd Asraf is a professor at the Faculty of Education, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), and is currently the Dean of the Research Management Centre, IIUM. Professor Ratnawati has had over 27 years of experience as an academic in the university.
