Design is as much an approach as an industry or profession, and the role of the designer has spread beyond the traditional boundaries of developing visual artifacts and product forms. Regardless of the project, position, or company with which my name is associated, I always take a design approach and serve in the role of designer.
As an approach, design is the creative problem-solving process I follow to discover, define, develop, and deliver systemic and strategic solutions. By leveraging design methods such as prototyping, and design thinking, such as focusing on user needs, I adapt to any given project parameters, efficiently work within constraints, and effectively produce results.
