Dru is currently the lead faculty and program advisor for the School of Business at a nonprofit, private college. He has over 10 years of private, post-secondary education experience, raging from faculty to Associate Dean. Before the education industry, Dru was in retail management and has served in the US Army. He is a combat veteran.

He holds a B.A in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Linguistics, an MBA, an MA in Organizational Leadership, and has recently graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Web Design and Development. He is currently enrolled in a BS in Cybersecurity and Networking.
