I used to be hardworking. But I realized that smart work pays better. I used to be truthful. But now know that the world prefers lies. I used to trust people. But now doubting is my second nature. I though people were good... Now I know that serpents still exist. I have also realized that the more humble one is the more you get crushed. And the higher you climb... Darn crabs will pull you down.
