As it turns out, every skill mastered along the way remains relevant:asking the right questions, listening carefully, helping clients sort out their true objectives, patience in sharing knowledge, and perseverance until the goals are met.
Only now my goal isn't improving the effectiveness of one part of a business but helping a whole business grow - by connecting successfully with its prospects and customers through trade shows and events.
