As a consultant I developed a great deal of experience as a project manager. I am specialized in the areas of change management and process optimization. This enables me to combine both soft and hard skills during my projects.
With my knowledge of Lean (Six Sigma), I have learned how to realize (process) efficiencies and cost savings.
My project experience in large companies taught me how to motivate people in a complex and dynamic environment. In order to do this I use a structured and people centered approach. Therefore, I am able to create momentum within an organization, for which I believe that the voice of the customer is leading.
