e-SIDES is an EU-funded project that is intended to support other research projects to promote the concept of Responsible Research. In particular, e-SIDES is exploring privacy-preserving big data technologies and their societal and ethical implications.7 European events and a final conference will be organized to explore and validate the research on these issues with a wide spectrum of stakeholders to inform their thinking and issue reports, analyses and recommendations in the domain.
