Mr. Adrian Francis has over 17 years of combined experience in systems engineering, analysis and administration. Mr. Francis has led many projects from the Implementations of IBM’s Watson content analytics, an IT assets management application, managing the development of a Role Based Training, Configuration Management, and Information Assurance policies within the Joint Staff. Mr. Francis has worked with clients, helping them to manage the collection of requirements, prioritized implementation activities and careful testing using industry best practices and methodologies, leading to the success of the implementation efforts.
