I am a leader with 15 years experience in research administration and technology transfer who is a mission driven leader who has spent my career learning, supporting, and advocating for the academic research enterprise. I am a committed servant who is willing to learn and take on any task to sustain and improve my environment including training others, improving processes, drafting and editing policies, and being a champion for change. I am also a volunteer civil servant with experience working with government entities.
