For more than 20 years I have both managed and been hands-on in talent acquisition and employee development, including organizational planning, recruiting, training and career development. I have worked as an employee as well as an independent consultant. I am passionate about calibrating and hiring the best employees, developing goals and motivating employees to do great work. Over time I’ve also designed and implemented business specific initiatives such as workforce forecasting and planning, college recruiting and interview training. I am consistently at the table to help leaders and companies identify, attract and retain the best people in their industry.
