Perform hands-on system operations and network administration of Cerner’s global UC network infrastructure, systems and solutions including Microsoft Lync Server 2013, Lync Mobile, Avaya Telephony & Call Center, Cisco CUBE and A\V Conferencing, Windows Servers
Deploy & maintain Lync client services: IM, Chat, Enterprise Voice, A\V Conferencing & Content Sharing
Resolve complex application, network, telephony, and RF system operational issues with mobile Lync clients: WIN7, Mac\iPad, tablet and smartphone devices.
