Working on Ammonia plant as DCS Operator in Fatima fertilizer co.
FFL is DUPONT/OSHA (3.7 Score)Certified company.It is the biggest fertilizer complex in the Asia.Ammonia plant capacity is 1650 tons/day, which is CF Braun (now KBR)designed.
I have experience on Centrifugal/PD Compressors,Pumps,Storage Tanks,Dryers,Cold Box(LNG),Reactor,Exchangers,Gas /Steam turbines ,Cooling Tower,Separators,Columns ,Flare ,Bowsers (tankers)Dispatching,Steam Generators,Furnace etc..well grip on plant equipment.Commissioning of two major plants of pakistan (ammonia and EDC/VCM Plant) and DCS experience (Yokogawa Centum Series CS-3000).Good PSM awareness and safety champion.
