I¡¯m responsible for fixing the existing usability issues all across the current website and introducing new features aiming at boosting traffic, conversion rate and user engagement.
My typical workflow involves researching(product & user), wireframe design, iteration, task assignment, writing / updating Product Requirement Document, frequently communicating with stakeholders and users, graphic designers, front end developers and the dev team to make sure everything goes right. And after the product launches I also perform usability test for further iteration of the product.
