I don’t know of one person who said “When I grow up, I want to be a Recruiter!” I certainly didn’t. But similar to most of my co-workers and associates, I seemed to fall into this industry and I’ve been in love with it ever since. I began as a Jr. Recruiter on the “Corporate” side of the house. This was back in the day when we relied on Job Boards (as in actual billboards) and fax machines to help funnel applicants of interest.
