Elizabeth Skylar is the Chef/owner of Wine Country Fare (private chef/caterer and culinary instructor). Her culinary education comes from on-the-job training and working with renowned chef Jean Louis Palladin. Elizabeth has created menus and prepared world-class meals for James Beard Foundation dinners and at top wineries including Robert Mondavi, Saintsbury, and Trefethen Vineyards. She describes her cooking style as "seasonally driven California-Mediterranean, wine friendly food."
