I started my career as Branch Manager in the former ASLK branches and afterwords in Fortis.
After that I reoriented my career into Human Resources especially in Talent Management and Personal Development. This in a project environment and as coach of young high potentials during their Traineeship within Fortis.
Now reorient my career into the consultancy environment , also within Talent Management and Personal Development.
My goal is to deepen my knowledge and experience of Talent Management and become one day also if possible Hr Manager.
