Primary responsibilities will consist of day-to-day technical operations support for the client infrastructure and applications in a global enterprise environment. I manage the full technical environment including systems administration responsibilities across a wide array of technical services, especially CaaS and Cloud infrastructure services. Using my expert knowledge of Windows and Unix/Linux environments i manage the full technical environment across multiple websites for all the Verizon/Terremark global company's customers. I'm goal-oriented and able to communicate solution clearly to the customer and document my ideas effectively complex global enterprise environment.
