Project: Eco-Majestic, Semenyih Consist of 4 types of terrace house with mixed foundation. Each type comes with different layout and different requirement from architect good side. Client: Eco World Development Sdn Bhd Task & Responsibility: • Design a 2-storey of terrace house with typical end corner and odd corner. • Design works involving of piling, footing and superstructures. • All the design and modeling works were carried out using Orion 17 and spreadsheets for structural analysis. • Involved in piling design including pile cap. • Manual calculations were also used when necessary. • Involved in all stages of project. • Involved in authority approval process. • ...
