Equine Learning Experiences Australia offers a variety of programs , many of which are predominantly aimed at youth, women, disability and the disadvantaged in our community. People can learn about themselves and their behaviours through interactions with the ELEA team of horses. Foundational life skills are a focus in many of the programs and fundamental skills such as respect, patience, clear communication, problem solving, team work, leadership and confidence amongst others things are covered.
