Emrah Kaya was born in 1979 in Ankara, and was graduated from the English Management Department of Istanbul University’s Business School in 2002. While he studied in the university, Kaya worked at four magazines as the chief editor and chaired the management board of the Business Club in charge of corporate marketing activities in university.
When he was graduated from the university, following the youth agency The Uniclub he founded in 2001, Kaya brought several companies including Youth Media, Youth Research, Egitisim Career Institute, Keynote Speakers Agency and Youth Store under the umbrella of Youtholding.
