Having completed 17 years carrier spell in Sri Lanka Engineering Service, I have made a move from Coast Conservation Department of Sri Lanka, being as the Chief Coastal Engineer, and joined Asian Disaster Preparedness Centre in Thailand, as Senior Technical Specialist, in November 2012. With my extensive exposure to Coastal Sciences, I am enthusiastic in engineering & managing coastal environment for facilitating livelihood of communities and coastal economy with add-on measures of reducing coastal disaster risk.
