I lead an IT Infrastructure Managed Services operation at MTN Nigeria (client) where I am charged with the development and implementation of the IT Service Delivery strategy that combines IT Service Management and technical operations in an environment with over 1,500 servers and 10 Petabytes of storage.
I have specifically setup the SLA framework and improved the coordination of incidents, problems and change through SIPs. I have also championed compliance initiatives in the area of patching and security/audit and also participated in improvements around server and storage virtualization, consolidation, optimization .
