I´m a senior lecturer of Innovation management at the University of Eastern Finland and Business School. I earned a D.Sc (Econ) in management in 2013. I work as a senior lecturer at University of Eastern Finland Business School and doing sales work/ research at Citymarket Kolmisoppi, Kuopio. I have extensive work experience in the retail business (15 years). As a senior lecturer, I teach courses including introduction to management, knowledge, change and strategic management, innovative networking and qualitative research methodology.
