I’m the e-commerce Channel Manager for 3M Australia & New Zealand.
In this role I am responsible for developing the eChannel strategy and realisation of opportunities within the traditional, digital pure play and direct channels across 3M’s five business groups; Consumer, Electronics & Energy, Health Care, Industrial and Safety & Graphics.
This involves bringing together channel, sales, marketing, communications managers, and business analysts to help define and execute sell-in and sell-through opportunities with and on 3M and key channel partner web properties.
