- Responsible for the strategic re-introduction and development of the European Shimano Service Center concept, including the set-up of all marketing and sales deliverables.
- Next to this, the set-up of different retail services as merchandising and the "Shimano Workshop Program",
- Working close together with the Shimano account management team as well as European distributors.
- Creating a clear strategy for the European Shimano Retail network, thereby having synergies with other global Shimano retail concepts
