I support internal technology-based modernization projects in public sector organizations, covering the whole range of processes (both strategic and operational). I am particularly focused on the alignment of technology with organizational needs. I have a multidisciplinary background and experience: I am a computer scientist with law and management training. I have worked in multiple areas of public sector organizations and cultural environments, and in several countries in Europe, America and Africa.
