One of the main goals of my current position is to ensure customers’ satisfaction and loyalty, especially those dissatisfied with any of LATAM Airlines Group services and products. By using effective and optimal service recovery, my department is in charge of dissuading customers from switching to competitors and reinforcing their links with our group.
