My passion in Social Development and social well-being strategy planning, which I deal with the creation and implementation of strategies, that improve quality of life to help people achieve their full potentials. Through the years of experience and education which I gained, I have the ability to plan, design and appraise projects, facilitate workshops, conduct needs assessments, develop project proposals, assess social impacts and engage in public consultation in addition of design and conduct social surveys, compile community profiles and mount and evaluate social and development projects to build successful individuals, and in turn building strong, healthy families and communities.
