Project Controller:
- planning & scheduling project activities
- develop progress measurement
- monitor, measure, and report project progress
- perform scheduling control and cost control
- develop estimates, budgeting and budget phasing.
- develop manpower planning and periodic manpower analysis
- produce and present project control report: project progress & forecasts, schedule analysis, cost reports inclusive cost analysis and forecasts, utilising SPI, CPI, earned value etc.
- advise the Project Manager on decisions that affecting schedule and cost.
