As "Project Lead" developed first biopharmaceutical formulation & lyophilization plant in Pakistan, which is state of the art facility and qualify international standards of cGMP and QbD. This plant is a national pride by the fact that it is developed by local experts from Pakistan. I have contributed in all aspects of development including conceptualization, building (development of layouts for structure, HVAC zoning, materials/ personal flows, utilities, URS for plant machinery & equipment procurement & commissioning) and qualification of area and equipment's and validations of utilities and manufacturing process.
