Each person measures success differently. How I measure my own success is by striving to ensure that whatever operation, task, or mission I am given, I exceed the standard of completion. My responsibilities as a Sergeant in the Active Army included overseeing lower enlisted soldiers and preparing them for their future success, as well as maintaining order, resolving issues fairly, and accomplishing missions.
