Afro Cuban Gallery Director and Professor Felipe Oduardo has been in the difficult and incipient plastic art scenario in a consistent manner since 1979.He has been involved in several galleries/art projects over the last four decades. His first art project was in 1979 when he founded Galeria Coqui. In 1989 Galeria Coqui was located in four different locations: Campo Rico Ave., Carolina, Ponce De Leon Ave., Santurce, Parana St., Rio Piedras and Degetau Ave., Caguas, Puerto Rico.
