I got a 5 years diploma at the Univeristà della Tuscia in Agricultural Science while working by a banana stocking and ripening warehouse in Viterbo.
After a trainership at the DG Agriculture of the EU Commission, I had a short term contract by the Bureau Européen des Unions de Consommateurs dealing with aspects of environment (water Directive).
The Lewis Australian nursery sponsored me a 2 years fellowship by the Istituto di Ricerche sulla Olivicoltura of the Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche in Perugia where I followed research programs on OLIVE GROWING and OLIVE OIL processing and trading overseen by Prof. Fontanazza.
