I am a Health and Care Professionals Council Registered Paramedic with 20 years of experience in the out of hospital clinical environment. My main responsibilities as a senior manager are to manage first and second line managers, being responsible for the design of clinical standards assessments, bespoke educational programmes and pathways for national and internationally educated Health Care Practitioners.
