My professional experience gave me the opportunity to both apply theoretical knowledge and achieve new skills: crisis management, short time decision making, and improvement of negotiation skills. As army officer I am an efficient organizer, I have conflict mediation and negotiation skills and I am focused on achieving goals; I am communicative, I consider new tasks as real challenges, on the other hand, when dealing with new professional challenges, I am easily adaptable and motivated.
