Fotios is a Lecturer in Human Resource Management / Organisational Behaviour at Nottingham Trent University. At NTU, he is involved in lecturing and tutoring (seminars/workshops/consultancy projects) in a range of modules, while he is also a research active academic within the field of Human Resource Development (HRD) and Strategic HRD.
Fotios completed his PhD in Human Resource Management at the University of Strathclyde (Glasgow).
