I am an expert engineer working in the Development Department of INRIA (D2T). My mission is to help INRIA developers & scientists to create vibrant communities!
I worked in the QualiPSo project & OSS projects around robotic & intelligent ambient.
I am currently working on the http://natron.inria.fr project (OSS compositing software), http://www.poppy-project.org/.fr project (Humanoid robot), fOSSa conference (http://fossa.inria.fr) and many other OSS initiatives.
I teach at IAE about OSS history, models and beyond.
I am also making "research" in the Community Management field and I have synthesis an approach to create and sustain OSS Communities.
