Graduated in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Ceará (2003), sandwich degree in Civil Engineer - University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA (2000 - 2001), and an MS in Transportation from the University of Brasilia (2006). He is currently a Specialist of the National Land Transport with a doctorate in economics at CAEN / UFC and has done doctoral internship at the University of Technology of Lille - France (2010 -2011). He has experience in economic studies in transport, energy and water management.
