I learned this at Stanford from fantastic teachers, I practiced this at Bain & Co. with large corporations, and now I apply this at Influitive as we create the category of Advocate Marketing. My new role as VP Talent Operations and Strategy is all about building our incredible team, enhancing the value proposition for employees, and delivering an incredible employee experience.
