First of all, I'd like to welcome you on my profile!

I am now working for Openway Europe S.A.
As a consultant, I work closely with customers and team members to achieve optimal results. My day-to-day activities involve problem solving, software engineering, remote and on-site customer support, process design and implementation. I'm also the support officer (1st line) for two project streams and in charge of the discovery/analysis phase for some variation orders.

Apart from my work at Openway I have strong interests in Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, Business Modelling and IT Governance.
