Firstly I worked in the Ministry of Agriculture as an executive officer responsible for some national regulations and economical support schemes for farmers. Secondly I’ve been a manager in the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (patent-trademarks-design) first in a smaller production unit and later in a larger section with its own management team. My focus area was production but I also was a member of the Corporate Services management team (which included HR, IT, Finance and Library).
