Francisco das Chagas de Souza was born in São LuÃs, MA, Brazil. He received the B.E. and M.Sc. degrees in electrical engineering from the Federal University of Maranhão, São LuÃs, Brazil. In 2012, he received the Ph.D degree from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Florianópolis, Brazil. He is with the Department of Electrical Engineering at the Federal University of Maranhão, São LuÃs, Brazil.
His research interests include adaptive signal processing theory and its applications.
