Jacqui is currently the coordinator for the university-wide process improvement project PACE (People Achieving Collaborative Excellence), where her duties include organising training and workshops for staff on a variety of process improvement tools and techniques and contributing to the strategic development of the project. This allows her to explore her interest in design thinking (service design) to redesign processes and services for staff and students.
