• Improving the usability of GateIn, the Open-source Website Framework of Red Hat;
• Evaluating usability of the current product through heuristic evaluation;
• Utilising principles, methods and interaction design tools to redesign GateIn;
• Conducting user interviews, defining the new information architecture and interaction design, sketching and wireframing, designing a new user interface, implementing it in HTML, CSS and jQuery;
