If you were to ask my closest friends, family and business associates to describe me in one word, I think that word would be... PASSIONATE. I don't do anything half way. I'm an up at dawn, asleep at midnight, drinking every sip out of life I can, kind of guy. I love businesses and real estate. I started paper trading commodities at 15, started my first business at 21, and bought my first property at 25 for $10... right out. I've gone after my goals and aspirations with focus and a ton of energy. I'm an avid student of personal development, and every year I spend more money on improving myself and/or aspects of my businesses than I do on anything else. I believe in the power of f
